More Spontaneous Orchid

This was done on single shuen.

It's a paper that terrifies me. It is, indeed, half the thickness of double shuen, so water control on it is a *bear and a half*. So I have to steel myself and get all my confidence going before I can even lay a stroke on this stuff.

And I was very, very happy with how the flowers turned out, as usually they're just smears when I get it wrong, but you can see the spray of the bottom most flower, the oldest one, is quite a bit more developed and relaxed than the buds at the top.

Now it has the backed version, and it went without a hitch. YAY for stick ink!
